Summit to Convene Global AI, Energy, Technology Leaders, and Government Officials Around Theme of Advancing Energy Tech to Power Intelligence and Resilience

Abu Dhabi, UAE, August 3, 2026 – Schneider Electric has confirmed new dates for its Middle East & Africa Innovation Summit, which will take place on 15-16 September 2026 at ADNEC, Abu Dhabi. Held under the theme “Advancing Energy Tech to Power Intelligence and Resilience,” the Summit will bring together global energy and technology leaders as well as government officials to advance the regional shift towards energy intelligence and resilience at a moment when data center growth, AI adoption, and national-team-eyes-historic-seventh-consecutive-world-championship-title-with-114-athlete-squad/”>national visions are placing unprecedented demands on energy systems across the region.

Walid Sheta, President for Middle East and Africa at Schneider Electric, said: “Energy has become the foundation for everything the Middle East and Africa sets out to achieve, from artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure to the national visions reshaping the region. That ambition is placing real demands on the systems that power it, and meeting them calls for energy that is intelligent and resilient by design, not by aspiration. The Innovation Summit is where the region’s leaders, partners, and technologies come together to turn that challenge into engineering, and to define what comes next.

The 2026 Summit will showcase how electrification, automation, and digitalization applied with intent and at scale are creating connected energy ecosystems where robust, dependable performance replaces abstract ambition. Through live technology demonstrations, strategic dialogues, and real-world case studies, attendees will see what resilience looks like in practice: not a concept, but an engineered outcome. Blending high-impact programming and latest product launches that position Schneider Electric at the center of MEA’s energy transition story, key agenda items include:

CEO Forum in Partnership with Forbes Middle East: An exclusive C-suite initiative bringing together 100 business leaders to address strategic imperatives in energy intelligenceKeynote and Thought Leadership Sessions: Featuring executive speakers from industry-leading companies and insights from strategic partners including Bain & CompanyInnovation Hub Experience: Guided tours and live demonstrations, as well as tailored customer experiences of Schneider Electric’s most innovative and integrated energy technology solutions addressing critical challenge in energy efficiency, grid modernization, and digital infrastructure across a 3,000 square feet immersive spaceStakeholder Recognition: Schneider Electric’s dedicated partners will be honored with 20 Cluster awards and five Middle East and Africa awards across four categories – Growth Award, Efficiency Award, Innovation Award, and Sustainability Award, on Day 2 of the Summit.
