    Shareholders approved a final dividend of $350 million (10.285 fils per share) for H2 2025, to be paid in April 2026, city-in-the-capital/”>with the full-year 2025 dividend yield of 5.4%
    ADNOC Distribution will move to quarterly dividends in 2026, with the first quarterly dividend for Q1 2026 expected to follow the H2 2025 payment, subject to Board approval
