Dubai, UAE, 10 August 2026: Q Mobility, the leading operator of public parking in the Emirate of Abu dhabi-to-host-schneider-electrics-middle-east-africa-innovation-summit-in-september-2026/”>Dhabi, and Parkin Company PJSC, the largest provider of public parking facilities and services in Dubai, have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration on smart parking solutions and enhance digital integration between the parking ecosystems of the two emirates. The MoU will support sustainable urban mobility and reinforce the UAE’s position at the forefront of smart mobility adoption.
The agreement holds particular strategic significance as it brings together the largest public parking operators in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, establishing a pioneering partnership focused on aligning efforts, exchanging expertise, leveraging global best practices and developing innovative solutions. These initiatives will enhance the efficiency of parking management and operations, strengthen integration across mobility ecosystems and support the development of smarter and more sustainable cities.
Under the MoU, the two organisations will develop a roadmap for joint initiatives and explore opportunities to implement pilot projects using the latest parking management and operational technologies. This will include the use of artificial intelligence, data analytics and advanced digital solutions to optimise occupancy management, forecast demand and enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
The two organisations will also collaborate on integrating their systems and digital platforms to provide customers and visitors with a unified, secure and seamless digital experience. This will enable access to parking services and the payment of parking fees through integrated digital channels, improving service efficiency and ease of use.
Further areas of collaboration include assessing mechanisms for exchanging data and technical expertise in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations and data-protection requirements. The organisations will also explore innovative parking management solutions, strengthen governance, optimise the use of infrastructure and support the readiness and sustainability of parking facilities.
