New services enhance customer convenience with personalised, transparent, and seamless transactions.

    • Private sellers and buyers can now connect through CARS24’s Customer-to-Customer (C2C) platform via the app.
    • The newly launched ‘Doorstep Servicing’ allows customers to schedule regular car maintenance from home.

Dubai, October 2024 – CARS24, a leading player in the UAE’s automotive industry, continues to raise the bar by launching two new services designed to enrich the customer experience and further personalise their journeys. These additions are in line with the company’s digital-first strategy, reinforcing its commitment to digital transformation in the automotive sector. CARS24’s latest services include the introduction of a Customer-to-Customer (C2C) platform and the launch of ‘Doorstep Servicing’ to provide maximum convenience for customers across the UAE.

    Streamlining Car Transactions with C2C

CARS24’s C2C platform is the first of its kind for the company, directly connecting private sellers and buyers through the app. This marketplace-style service enables users to search for vehicles, share information, and complete transactions in a transparent and credible manner. In a recent survey by CARS24, trust was identified as a key factor for customers when buying or selling vehicles, which the C2C platform is designed to address by offering a secure, user-friendly experience.

    Doorstep Servicing for Ultimate Convenience

In response to growing demand for flexible and convenient auto care, CARS24 has introduced its ‘Doorstep Servicing’ feature. This new offering allows customers to schedule routine car maintenance from the comfort of their home, with services provided by experienced technicians. The service includes essential maintenance tasks such as engine oil and oil filter changes, AC filter inspection, fluid top-ups, and checks of 12 critical vehicle components, ensuring cars remain in top condition.

This doorstep service is part of CARS24’s comprehensive preventive care package, offering customers hassle-free and timely access to necessary automotive services, enhancing their overall experience with the brand.

    Customer-Centric Innovation

“As a brand, we are committed to expanding our one-stop-shop approach by integrating digital solutions that cater to the evolving needs of our customers,” said Abhinav Gupta, CEO of CARS24 Arabia. “Our aim is to build lasting relationships with our customers by providing transparency, convenience, and reliability. These new services reinforce our dedication to customer satisfaction and trust.”

Since its establishment in the UAE in 2021, CARS24 has revolutionised the pre-owned car market by offering a seamless, personalised experience. The company’s 1,000,000 sq. ft Mega Refurbishment Lab (MRL) is a hub for comprehensive automotive services, ranging from mechanical repairs and bodywork to tyre replacements and value-added services like tinting and paint protection. Customers can also explore and test drive over 1,000 high-quality cars at the facility, further enhancing the customer experience.
