Dubai. Roads and Transport Authority. 26th November 2025:

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) invites residents, visitors and tourists to enjoy special offers and premium services during New Year’s Eve 2026 celebrations on Wednesday, 31st December 2025, aboard its marine transport services, including Dubai Ferry, Abra and Water Taxi.

Dubai Ferry services will depart from Marina Mall  Marine Transport Station (Dubai Marina), Al Ghubaiba Marine Transport Station and Bluewaters Marine Transport Station between 10:00 pm and 10:30 pm on New Year’s Eve, with all trips concluding at 1:30 am. Ticket prices for the Ferry are AED 350 for Silver Class and AED 525 for Gold Class, with a 50% discount for children aged 2 to 10 years and free admission for children under two.

Water Taxi services depart from Marina Mall Marine Transport Station with the full-boat booking priced at AED3,750 for a capacity of 20 passengers, including a designated wheelchair space.

Abras operate from Al Jaddaf, Al Fahidi, Al Ghubaiba and Marina Mall Marine Transport Stations, with a single-ticket fare of AED 150 per person, and complimentary access for children under two years of age. Both services will operate between 10:00 pm and 10:30 pm, with all trips concluding at 1:30 am.

Members of the public wishing to enjoy these services may contact 8009090 or email [email protected] for more information about the Water Taxi, Dubai Ferry and Abra trips.

This invitation reflects RTA’s commitment to delighting the public—residents, visitors and tourists of all nationalities who come to Dubai from around the world to celebrate this joyful annual occasion.

This service forms part of RTA’s ongoing engagement with customers and continued efforts to ensure that people enjoy a memorable journey through the marine transport network (Dubai Ferry, Abra and Water Taxi) while witnessing the spectacular carnival-style celebrations launched from Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm, Bluewaters and Jumeirah Beach Residence along Dubai Waterfront. These enchanting moments offer something truly special and leave lasting memories for passengers using RTA marine transport services.

It is worth noting that Dubai Ferry, Water Taxi and Abra have strong appeal among Dubai’s residents, visitors and tourists, who appreciate the beauty and charm of the city’s coastline while travelling on these services. Dubai’s shores are home to a range of prominent attractions, including The World Islands, Palm Islands, the Dubai Water Canal, heritage districts and luxury hotels.
