Padel Courts for Gulf Climates: Chinese Factory PanoCourt Outlines the Specifications That Matter in Heat and Coastal Air

Handan, China, 28 October 2026. As padel keeps growing across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf, more clubs, hotels and residential developers are buying courts directly from manufacturers. PanoCourt (PANO), a padel court factory in Feixiang District, Handan, Hebei Province, has published a short list of the specifications it recommends buyers check for outdoor courts in hot, humid and coastal locations.

“In the Gulf a court faces strong sun, high humidity and, near the coast, salt in the air, so the structure has to be specified for corrosion first,” said the PANO Digital Marketing Team. “Buyers comparing quotes should ask for the same four items from every supplier.”

    1. Hot-dip galvanized steel. PANO frames use Q235 steel that is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc layer of at least 60 μm before painting.
    2. A multi-layer paint system. PANO applies a three-layer anti-corrosion coating of 85 to 100 μm on top of the galvanizing.
    3. Tempered safety glass. PANO supplies 10 mm or 12 mm tempered glass panels, with 2, 4 or 8 fixing holes depending on the court model.
    4. Stainless fittings. Bolts and fittings are 304 or 316 stainless steel; 316 is the usual choice close to the sea.

PANO also supplies artificial turf, LED lighting (8 × 200 W, 4 × 400 W or a halo layout), foundations and roof structures, so a club can source a complete court package from one factory. Its range covers panoramic, super panoramic, classic, single and mobile padel courts.

The company has more than 10 years of experience in steel structures for sports courts, runs a 10,000 m² factory with seven workshops, and has produced courts for projects in Canada, New Zealand, Dubai and France. It also works as an OEM manufacturer for European padel brands.
