    From Employees to Innovators

The program follows a structured three-month path, moving employee ideas from concept to reality. Participants will engage in intensive workshops and development phases, supported by bootcamps designed to help teams refine their proposals.

This model provides a framework for selecting the most viable initiatives. Teams will receive dedicated mentorship from experts in technology, marketing, and operations to ensure their ideas are developed into practical, market-ready solutions. The program will culminate in a presentation of the finalized projects in June.

    Cultivating an Agile Culture

Beyond developing new products, Crédit Agricole’s initiative is aimed at embedding a more agile and experimental culture within the institution. By encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset among its staff, the bank seeks to actively involve its workforce in the evolution of its services. This approach leverages the deep institutional knowledge of its employees to stay competitive and responsive to market changes.

Over the years, it has expanded to become a universal bank offering a wide range of financial products and services to individuals, professionals, and corporations across Morocco.
