UAE-founded gifting platform Zuvees has secured $1.6 million from IvyCap Ventures as part of its ongoing Series A fundraising round. The fresh capital injection brings the company’s total funds raised to approximately $3.3 million and will be used to advance its AI technology, logistics infrastructure, and international expansion plans.

    Quick Facts

    • Funding: $1.6 million from IvyCap Ventures.
    • Total Raised: Approximately $3.3 million to date.
    • Series A Target: Between $6.6 million and $8.8 million.

    AI-Driven On-Demand Gifting

Founded in 2024 by Vijaykumar Ghadge and Abhishek Daiya, Zuvees operates a direct-to-consumer platform that combines artificial intelligence with curated product selections and fast fulfillment to streamline the cross-border gifting experience. The company is positioning itself to meet evolving consumer demands for speed, personalization, and reliability in a growing global online gifting market.

The new funds are allocated to scaling the company’s AI-powered personalization and recommendation systems, along with its customer relationship management tools.

“Gifting is moving from a planned activity to an on-demand experience

People no longer want to celebrate tomorrow. They want to celebrate now,” said Vijaykumar Ghadge, Co-Founder and CEO of Zuvees. “The future belongs to platforms that can combine trust, personalization, and speed, and that’s precisely what we’re building.”

    Building a Cross-Border Logistics Network

Alongside its technology development, Zuvees plans to use the capital to expand its supply chain infrastructure and operational footprint. The investment, a follow-on commitment from existing shareholder IvyCap Ventures, will support the company’s goal of entering major metropolitan markets internationally.

As gifting becomes more global, particularly in multicultural hubs, the company’s focus on building a robust cross-border fulfillment network is central to its growth strategy. The completion of its Series A round will be a key milestone as it aims to translate the new capital into tangible international growth and improved unit economics.
